Hi I’m Monique the founder of Life Changing Fitness & Nutrition. I’m an elite level transformation & lifestyle coach with a passion for helping women. My story isn’t like most as I was never the ‘fitness, sport or healthy’ girl in fact quite the opposite. I have experienced being the ‘big’ girl, the ‘too skinny’ girl and sadly also experienced many of my own poor health battles on my journey. Not only that but I’ve been deemed the ‘busy’ queen so learning how to juggle has been my specialty and this is why, when I started LCFN I wanted to ensure that your health, mind & body are the priority and you too could learn the art of balancing it all!

My mission is to ensure that you have the support, tools & resources to ensure you are successful not just now but long-term. My dream is to help queens who have not yet unlocked their full potential, to realise they are strong, capable, worthy & can obtain the results they not only want but dream of!
